How much do toplist votes cost?

The price of toplist votes comes down to three numbers: what one token costs, how many tokens a list charges per 1,000 votes, and how many votes your target position needs. Here are the current figures and a way to estimate your own budget.

Prices checked

Short answer: on UpvoteRocket, which runs the campaigns behind Toplist Bot, 1,000 votes on most toplists cost 10 tokens. That is €8.44 with the smallest package (16 tokens for €13.50) and €4.33 with the largest (3,600 tokens for €1,560). Some lists cost more: XtremeTop100 is 12 tokens per 1,000, Discadia 28. Attempts that don't register are not counted toward your order, and tokens do not expire.

Price per package

You buy tokens in packages and spend them on any supported toplist. Bigger packages lower the price of each token, so the same 1,000 votes get cheaper as the package grows. The figures below come from UpvoteRocket's price list, which is the one to trust if the two ever differ.

Rates per toplist

Most supported toplists are charged at 10 tokens per 1,000 votes. A few are harder to deliver to and cost more. The dashboard shows the exact token cost of a campaign before you launch it, and that figure is the one that applies.

What you are charged for

A campaign's token cost is set aside when you launch it, based on the number of votes you order. From there:

  • Attempts that don't register on the list are not counted toward your order, so the campaign keeps going until the ordered number is reached.
  • If you stop or shorten a campaign, the tokens for votes not yet delivered go back to your balance.
  • If the toplist later removes votes it had already counted, those tokens are not returned.

How to estimate what you will spend

The price per vote is fixed; the number of votes you need is not. It depends on the list, how contested your category is, and how far into the ranking period you are. A practical way to size a campaign:

  1. Pick the position you are aiming for. On a busy list, the first page is where players click, so look at the servers sitting in that range.
  2. Read their vote counts. Toplists display each server's votes for the current period. That number is what you have to beat, and it keeps growing until the list resets.
  3. Check when the list resets. Many large lists wipe their counts at the start of each month (see when XtremeTop100 resets). Votes delivered just before a reset stop counting a few days later, so a campaign that starts early in the period gets more out of every token.
  4. Turn it into tokens. Votes needed ÷ 1,000 × the list's token rate. Then multiply by the per-token price of the package you buy.

Worked example

Say you want 9,000 votes over a month on a list charged at 10 tokens per 1,000. That is 90 tokens. The smallest single package that covers it is Blaze (160 tokens for €122), where 90 tokens are worth about €68.63, and the other 70 tokens stay in your balance for later. On XtremeTop100, at 12 tokens per 1,000, the same 9,000 votes take 108 tokens. The numbers are illustrative; your own target comes from the list you are on.

What "cheap" should and should not mean

A low price per vote only matters if the votes are counted. When comparing offers for cheap toplist votes, check how the service charges, not just the headline number:

  • Charged per registered vote, or per attempt? Paying for attempts means paying for votes the toplist rejected. On UpvoteRocket, failed attempts don't count toward the number of votes you ordered.
  • Subscription or balance? A monthly plan bills you through quiet months and list outages. A token balance that does not expire does not.
  • What access does it need? Delivering votes needs your public vote link, nothing more. Be wary of anyone asking for your toplist account or server admin login.
  • Can you see the result? Without per-vote tracking you cannot tell whether you got what you paid for.
  • Does it promise a rank? No one can guarantee a position: it depends on what every other server on the list does. Treat promises of "#1 guaranteed" as a warning sign.

Trying before paying: a new UpvoteRocket account gets 1 free credit once the email address is verified, no card needed. That is about 100 votes on a list charged at 10 tokens per 1,000. The free toplist votes guide covers that and the free ways to get votes from your own players.

Check the list's rules first. Each toplist sets its own voting rules, and some prohibit votes that don't come from real players. Know what applies to your list before you spend anything. The XtremeTop100 ranking guide covers that list's rules.
